    We appreciated the joy Kat brought to her work. She and Bryndis were patient and responsive to our questions throughout the home purchase process. Kat was always available to meet onsite as needed for inspections, etc., even for evening/weekend appointments and on short notice (including the afternoon of December 24th!) Finally, Kat is professional, fun and pleasant to be around, so made a stressful situation more pleasant.
