Only "Ridge" lot left without a home yet. There's a sliver of trees on the ridge line owned by a local logging company with plans to remove the trees. A few of the view pics are from the neighbors lot which already have the trees removed. Nice cul-de-sac of homes with protective CC&R's to maintain quality. Power & phone already at the lot. Preliminary percs and well locations were a part of plat approval.
