Nice parcels in this area are difficult to find. This is a good one. No wet lands, most likely no gophers because land is wooded and gophers do not live in the woods. Nice, private rolling terrain with power at road. Well draining soils. Reasonable depth wells in the area. Manufactured double wide homes OK. Great potential for whatever development that can be approved by the County. Owner is willing to carry financing for up to 3 years which gives buyer a chance to develop the property and refinance. Great location at the end of a private road between Yelm and Rainier, yet close to all conveniences, JBLM and Olympia. Better jump on this one.
